One way Authencitus helps you visualize your project is with our 2D studio services. Using this service, we take your PDF plans and project them in our warehouse. Visit us online to book an appointment to visit our studio and see what your plans look like in 2D. For example, you can move our mobile furniture around in the living room to check to see if your design, as-is, is set up to accommodate your arrangement. You can also drive your car into the garage to see if you like the spacing. The 2D option includes movable furniture and appliances, a ceiling measurement, counter heights, cabinet placement and length, and more! This allows you to walk through your plans in 2D to get a better understanding of what the dimensions look like in real life and not just on paper.
3D Renderings, Floor Plans, Modeling Services, & Virtual Tours
Another option Authenticus provides to help you visualize your project is 3D renderings, floor plans, modeling services, and virtual tours. With this service, we convert your plans into 3D. From here, you put on goggles and can physically walk through your space to see how your plans would look. Our advanced technologies allow you to see your home in 3D format all with the use of our special goggles and programming. You don’t have to move any heavy furniture to see what furniture would look like in your space. You can just see it in 3D!
3D Augmented and Mixed Reality Experience
Another 3D option we have to bring your plans to life is the 3D Augmented and Mixed Reality Experience. With this option, we create a holographic image that reproduces in life-size so that you are able to walk your project just as if it was really there. We can even go over to the job site so you can walk your plans exactly where they are going to be built. By walking the space, this gives you a better idea of the actual feel of the dimensions of your build.
The Selections Visualizer
The Selections Visualizer is another way we help you see your space and your plans before construction begins. With the Selections Visualizer, you can take a picture of an interior or exterior room and fill it with market-available products so you can see what the room would look like with certain flooring, cabinetry, or countertops. While our other services are beneficial in helping you decide on the dimensions of your build, the Selections Visualizer helps you fine-tune the details and style of your new home.
