2D
All you need for the 2D service is a PDF. We will take your plans and project them in our warehouse in life size. You can drive your car into your garage to check if it fits. You can walk your hallway and see if you like the width of it. If you’re not sure if the plans for your bedroom are big enough, you can actually see in front of you how much space there would be for a king sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, etc. The 2D plan includes projected plans with moveable furniture, a viewable ceiling, counter heights, and even walls so you are able to confirm that design is how you really want it to be. You can actually physically walk into the space as if it were your home instead of just trying to visualize it on the paper plans you are given.
3D Renderings, Floor Plans, Modeling Services, & Virtual Tours
3D floor plans or 3D animations are other options you can utilize with Authenticus Inc. We load your plans into a 3D version where you can put on goggles and physically walk through your space to see how your plans would look. We use software and digital innovation to allow your ideas to leave the paper plans and help you see what is drawn up more clearly.
3D Augmented and Mixed Reality Experience
Our 3D augmented and Mixed Reality Experience allows us to go to any job site where you are planning to build. We take a 3D model to create a holographic image that reproduces in life-size so that you are able to walk the project as if you were really there– even in the exact location. This option really gives you a chance to see your project exactly as it would be if you were to start construction with your current building plans.
