Celebrating COLTON’s Gold Win: A Collaborative Immersive Launch Experience

We’re proud to celebrate COLTON’s Gold Award for Best Use of Technology at the 2026 National Association of Home Builders’ National Awards — a well-deserved recognition of vision, innovation, and bold execution.

The immersive launch event for AIRIA Development’s COLTON community was not just a marketing activation. It was a powerful example of what can happen when visionary development, strategic agency leadership, and immersive technology align around a singular goal: creating an unforgettable first impression.

This achievement reflects a true collaboration between AIRIA Development, Anderson Hanson Blanton, and the immersive experience teams at Authenticus | Luxtrium.

A Shared Vision Brought to Life

From the outset, AIRIA Development envisioned introducing COLTON in a way that felt experiential — not traditional. Anderson Hanson Blanton shaped the strategic and creative direction, ensuring the story of “A TASTE OF COLTON” was compelling, differentiated, and emotionally resonant.

Authenticus and Luxtrium were honored to help translate that strategy into a fully immersive spatial environment.
Together, we transformed the launch into an enveloping experience where guests didn’t just hear about the future of COLTON — they felt it.

Through large-scale projection, spatial storytelling, and multi-sensory design integration, attendees were transported into the vision of the community before a single home was completed. Builders and guests were surrounded with a 190° cinematic experience illustrating the vision of COLTON. They heard leaves crunching, felt the roar of Friday nights, and explored amenities through virtual reality. In a dramatic finale, the Phase 1 site plan was projected directly onto the floor, giving a groundbreaking perspective of individual lots.

The event environment allowed partners and stakeholders to experience lifestyle, atmosphere, and scale in a way that traditional presentations simply cannot replicate.

“This recognition reflects the vision, collaboration, and execution it took to introduce COLTON in a way our industry hadn’t seen before,” said Rivers LeGrand, Marketing Manager of COLTON. “We set out to create an experience that didn’t just present a master plan, but immersed our partners in the scale, character, and opportunity of what COLTON represents.

Immersive Technology as a Strategic Amplifier

What made the launch stand out was not just the technology — but how intentionally it was used.
The immersive environment served as a strategic amplifier of the agency’s narrative and the developer’s vision. It created emotional engagement. It sparked conversation. It elevated perception.
The National Awards’ recognition in Best Use of Technology underscores an important shift happening across real estate and placemaking: immersive experience is no longer a novelty — it is becoming a new standard for visionary launches.

The Power of Collaboration

This Gold Award represents what is possible when:

  • Developers are bold enough to break from traditional formats
  • Agencies craft a clear and compelling strategic story
  • Immersive design partners bring spatial technology and experiential execution to life

AIRIA Development led with vision.

Anderson Hanson Blanton shaped the narrative and creative strategy.
Authenticus and Luxtrium delivered the immersive spatial environment that allowed that story to be experienced at scale.
The result was a launch that moved beyond presentation — and into participation.

Looking Ahead

We’re grateful to have collaborated on a project that demonstrates where community marketing is headed: toward experiential storytelling, immersive engagement, and emotionally intelligent design.

Congratulations again to AIRIA Development and Anderson Hanson Blanton on this national recognition. We’re proud to have played a part in bringing the COLTON vision to life — and excited about what immersive experiences will continue to make possible across the industry.
